The northern section of McCormick Ranch features the unique communities of Paradise Park Trails and Paradise Park Manor. Unlike McCormick Ranch subdivisions to the south, Paradise Park Trails and Paradise Park Manor feature the largest lots in all of McCormick Ranch, some as large as an acre. A diverse collection of builders created these beautiful neighborhoods with one of my favorites, Tarantini, creating architectural gems.
Paradise Park Trails and Paradise Park Manor are located south of Shea Blvd. and north of Mountain View Rd., between Hayden Rd. and Arabian Trail. When Anne and Fowler McCormick operated the original 4,200-acre McCormick Ranch, they raised Black Angus cattle and Arabian Horses. To this day the neighborhood streets within the Trails carry on the theme with names like Mustang Trail, Appaloosa, Thoroughbred Trail, Lippizan and Shetland.
While there are no lakes in the trails, home owners share the privilege enjoyed by all McCormick Ranch residents, to fish and boat on any of the 10 lakes located in the larger Ranch.

Just south of the Trails is Mountain View Park, right next to Cochise Elementary School. The park is accessible by a trail that passes below Mountain View Rd.
To the west, at the corner of Mountain View and Hayden is a convenient little shopping center know as Mountain View Plaza. Here you’ll find a Circle K Gas Station and a number of great services, like dry cleaning, a Barber Shop, the Joyful Chinese restaurant, Ranch Pharmacy and one of my personal favorites, Shish Kebobs and Gyros where you can get one of the very best hot dogs you have ever tasted.
Displayed below are home styles common to the Trails.
