Prime Arcadia on this map reflects a neighborhood found within the boundaries of Phoenix and Scottsdale, located in the area from Indian School Road to the south, up to Camelback Road, and from 44th Street to 64th Street. Arcadia is known for its ranch style homes on large manicured lots, thanks to its origins in citrus groves. The irrigation system led to gorgeous, mature landscaped yards, many with abundant citrus trees, and shaded, leafy streets which are a signature of Arcadia. Arcadia has been, and is, one of the most sought-after communities in the greater Phoenix area.

Things To Do: The central location of Arcadia means shopping, culture and entertainment options aren’t more than a few minutes away. Arcadia is five minutes from downtown Scottsdale, a cultural and art hub. Shopping at the Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square is minutes away, and ten minutes away is downtown Phoenix with its many museums (science, children’s, art), sporting venues (Chase Field and Talking Stick Resort Arena) and theatres (Herberger and the Dodge). Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Camelback Mountain as well as the many bike and jogging paths throughout Arcadia and along the Arizona Canal. Golfers have many options as well, including the Phoenician Golf Course, in the foothills of Camelback Mountain.
Schools: The Scottsdale School District serves family-friendly Arcadia, including Hopi Elementary and Tavan Elementary, Ingleside Middle School and Arcadia High School. All are A rated public schools. Arcadia also has several private and charter school options available to its residents.
