Paradise Valley is one of the most unique towns in the United States. It is truly a residential community of over 6,000 homes with almost no commercial activity permitted. The commercial activity that is visible is in the form of magnificent resorts and spas, which add to the overall panache of the town and also support necessary services like police and fire protection through their collected bed taxes. The world famous JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa is just one example of the fine offerings the Town of Paradise provides.
The basic zoning is 1 acre residential as a minimum. Of course there are lots larger than 1 acre, but that is the accepted minimum. Within Paradise Valley is a tremendous diversity of home sites. The south end of Paradise Valley climbs the north face of Camelback Mountain and the center of Paradise Valley rises to the peak of Mummy Mountain (so called for its appearance of an Egyptian Mummy lying down). This topographical variety provides for views of mountains and from mountains and values vary accordingly.
Displayed below are the mansions of Paradise Valley. These homes are defined as greater than $5 Million in value and larger than 8,000 square feet.
